Hotel is located in a new building which is very important. Design and interior is quite new. Location of the hotel is perfect. Not too close to a crowded center however, walkable everywhere. Room was comfortable and nice. Personnel very friendly.

Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

Nice property and we had no issues checking in shortly after midnight. Staff was always nice. Room cleaning occurs every few days but you can easily request it earlier with a QR code found in the room. Only complaint is that the AC hardly worked and we were very warm even though it was April. Made it difficult to sleep some nights. Also, there is only a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner offered - just a heads up.
