The stay was fine. The breakfast was ok though there could have been a wider hot selection as it was just various egg options. The room we stayed in was in need of an update but it was functional and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus. Bus stop nearby and S-bahn train only 15 mins walk away. Staff were helpful.

The hotel website states they have a restaurant and bar/deli neither of which is true. This is not acceptable and must contravene allowed descriptors. I only booked this hotel, which is an hour from the city centre, for the restaurant. As a solo woman traveller I specifically wanted an on-site restaurant. They do have a vending machine with 1 can of stew which I had to buy as I didn’t have anything to eat for dinner. I tried twice, payment accepted but no stew! So I had no dinner that evening. The guy on the reception and the guy serving the breakfast were both very friendly and very helpful. Certainly to be recommended. Otherwise the hotel was good but not spectacular but good value for money and we’d definitely use it again when we return to Vienna. A good choice.
