No staff when I arrived. Had to call a number. She showed up finally 20 minutes later. Finally got the room key and found the room key did not work. Was given another room that already had someone in it when I tried to enter. Went back to front desk and had to wait 10 minutes again for someone to show up. In my life Ive never seen a place this poorly ran

It just needs to be actually cleaned. The corners of the bathroom were gross, Walls could use a good wipe down, parking lot could use a power wash, walk ways and stairs could use a good cleaning, and the doors should be wiped down because of the fingerprint marks on them.

Staff scolded me for accidentally selecting a smoking room because, "we couldn't book that room for a whole day. But I won't charge you for the change to non- smoking" Sheesh! Very basic room, the safety bar for the door wouldn't stop anyone but there was also a deadbolt, that was fine. I think it would be better to have a glass door on the wall in shower since the curtain didn't stop the floor around the toilet to get soaked. Shower could use a nicer showerhead, and a shelf or 2. But the bed was comfortable and clean, microwave and fridge worked. When the outlet by the bed wasn't working, they were quick to come and check it out for us. Grateful for everything.

when I arrived after driving 6 hours, exhausted, there was no one there to check me in. she had left and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get my room. otherwise everything was ok
