Loved everything about it except for no air conditioning, which wasn't a problem. The ceiling fans worked well but the one positioned directly above the bed was too much air in my face. Otherwise we loved it and would stay there again. The extended stay room was wonderful with lots of space and all needs. With having a ferry time of 5pm, the staff allowed us a late noon check out and stored our luggage. The lobby was very comfortable while waiting for our ferry.

We loved the residential area. We didn’t get decent sleeps as it was exceptionally warm and there is no air conditioning in our room 604. They did offer a fan but it didn’t do the job. Our hallway outside our room as air conditioned!!!!

The location of the Oswego can’t be beat and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, which is important. We love the idea that we could take our dogs next time. The restaurant is well-priced and the food was excellent. As for things they could improve on: some of the furnishings and cabinets in our room were a bit worn and starting to show their age. This was a bit of a surprise after seeing the room interior images on Expedia. We also wish that complementary parking for one car was included as it is a small hotel with a good sized parkade that always seemed half full at best. Overall, a good experience and we would definitely consider coming back.
