We were planning on leaving Comox this morning for Victoria for a family gathering on staying tonight at the Quality Inn. Early this morning I had to call 911 for an ambulance to take my wife to the hospital. I just returned from the hospital and she is being admitted for possible stroke. The staff were nice and room was tidy, water pressure in the showers were a bit weak and the temperature was hard to control but the heated light was nice after walking out from the shower. The standard two queen bedroom had a microwave (did not work), a refrigerator, coffee machine with disposable cups, and extra blankets/pillows

Great location close to all the big tourist attractions. Room was clean and it was nice to have a pool in this price range. I did notice that there's no air conditioning which would make this hotel very hot in the summer.

I visit Victoria often and have stayed at many other places too. This Quality Inn sticks out to me due to their friendliness and helpful customer service. The rooms are nice and the location is near everything in downtown Victoria. The staff is nice and helpful at all levels. The front desk is always available and helpful in making the customer's stay pleasant. I've spoken with the housekeeping in the halls and they were welcoming and friendly too. This hotels seems to be run very well with a focus on making the customer's stay enjoyable.
