Our bright, clean and spacious Suite is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers business travellers, students, parents of students & birders! guests suite is situated beside Mt. Douglas Park - PKOLS, taking advantage of the natures beauty and the West Coast scenery.

Only minutes walk will bring you to numerous hiking trails & the beach. We are on the bus route to downtown and The University of Victoria.

For biking enthusiasts, there is storage for bikes and we are 2 mins form the Greenway for the Goose Trail. Shopping, groceries and more are a short 10 min walk from the suite. Netflix, cable & Wifi Complementary!

Kathleen and Roy's basement suite is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was much larger than we were expecting with 2 good-sized rooms, lota of seating and an open living/dining/kitchen area. It was perfect for 4 adults for a weekend. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The property is in a nice residential area close to downtown Victoria. It is clean and the hosts are very responsive. The place has everything you need for a short stay and the host gave us a great tip for parking in Victoria.
