The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. We loved the setup! Beautiful new home. Owner lives in an upstairs unit. There's a private entrance around back with automatic sensor lighting. There are 2 units, with a lovely common area containing a very well stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Everything was pristine. 6 minutes from Victoria waterfront. Can't day enough good things aboutb this apartment!!

Check in was seamless, Deanna kept us informed of upcoming trip and check in details on a regular basis. The kitchen facilities were very clean and well stocked. This VRBO would be perfect for two couples going on a trip to Victoria if you were able to book both units A & B. Would highly recommend based on location and units. 25 minute walk to harbour.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this property and host! We stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding, and it was perfect. I asked if I could use the space to get ready the morning of, and both the host and the neighbor couldn’t have been more welcoming. They left us a heartfelt note on the bed, which truly set the tone for the day. Our shared-space neighbor was the sweetest, she came out just to wish me a happy wedding day! Everyone was so accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond. My wedding morning was absolutely beautiful, and I’m so grateful we chose to stay here!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless, thoughtfully designed, and welcoming everything was. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The shared kitchen space was very convenient and included our own section of a refrigerator. Quiet, Clean and Cats on hydro poles

Checking in was easy. Follow house rules and leave your shoes at the door because as esthetically pleasing it is also spotless. Unit B was enough for the 2 of us - bed, tv, closet for clothing, and a lovely bathroom. No sauna or hot tub yet, and that would make the stay a true holiday. BBQ access made for a couple of nice outdoor dinners. The hosts are kind and care to make your stay "sweet" ;)
