The lodging was comfortable and clean. Nothing ornate but perfect for restful nights after active days. The breakfast was very good. The best part was the staff, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

I found some of the staff to be ambivalent and generally not helpful. Internet is sketchy at its best, and frequently not available. Room temp was 33C upon arrival. Room in good condition but pretty tight; bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. I probably would not stay here again.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Everybody from the front desk to the dining staff to the cleaning staff everybody was wonderful…..extra thanks to Charmaine and Smally for organizing various excursions and for Wayne and her mother with the Spa and Erik for airport pick up and drop offs to the conference hotel. I hope to see you all again next year!

We immensely enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was so super helpful booking all her excursions and we had a trip of a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back and bring more friends and family with us. We think the lodge from the bottom of our hearts, and I’d rate the lodge a 10 out of 10.

Everjoy, Sherilynn, Sandra were so friendly and efficient on reception, driving, and cooking excellent meals. The rooms were scrupulously clean, and spacious. Being a small establishment meant we had wonderful care and attention. We walked to the town and Falls, but got the hotel vehicle to collect us for the slight incline back. I would love to stay there again.

I really like how clean the hotel was. The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. There was also a shuttle that you could use to take you places for the same rate as a taxi. I didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant on site so if you got back after it was time to order food then you were just out of luck. But if you do order food, it is made to order and very good with good portion size.
