3 of the apartments are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor:
- 1st Apartment: living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom
- 2nd Apartment: living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom
- 3rd Apartment: living room with kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double and one twin)
- 4th Apartment (On the first floor with independent entrance from an external staircase):
Living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one triple with queen size bed + single bed and another double bedroom with queen size bed), 2 bathrooms, equipped veranda.
Even if the villa is divided into 4 apartments at your disposal you will find everything you need to eat all of them together under one of the gazebos on the back or in the large patio of the villa where you will find a spacious veranda with tables and chairs or outdoor tables and chairs with umbrellas for the sun.
At your exclusive disposal:
- The swimming pool with sun beds and all the equipment.
- The patio with tables, chairs and umbrellas
