Veldig sentral beliggenhet, og en romslig leilighet. Selve leiligheten behøver å moderniseres, men fungerer helt greit. Litt rart at de har lagt flere lag med overmadrasser i senga, noe som gjør den skjev. Det står også møbelet som ikke burde være der.
