Modern rental 2 bedrooms apartment for 6 guests, in the centre of Viareggio, just 50 meters far from the beach and with a condo shared terrace overlooking the sea, managed by BelcantoVillas.
It is located close to all services (bars, restaurants, pharmacy...) and beside the famous Liberty Style pedestrian Promenade of Viareggio.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a building consisting of only 3 floors and 5 apartments, and the large condo terrace is at the 4th. floor, just a few steps away from this apartment. It is almost ever used by other owners, and we have furnished it with a table for 6 people, from which you can have a nice sea view!
At the ground floor, beside the lift, you find an area where you can your bicycles. From here a lift or a flight of stairs leads to the 3rd floor, where the small door of this apartment is located, the only one on the 3rd floor.

The Viareggio railway station is only 1.300 meters away, and is very convenient for visiting other nearby towns such as Pisa, Lucca or Florence.
The bus stop is a few meters from the apartment (see the CTT Nord website), and from the nearby Piazza D'Azeglio you can also find the bus stop for visiting many nearby cities and the bus by night for the disco.
The property is extremely well located, near the beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the historical market (a pedestrian area called "mercato"). All Viareggio can be easily visited by bicycle, and there is also a bike sharing service: see the website moverspa.it.

In Viareggio you can find a very long beach of fine sand, with many paid beach clubs, equipped to offer rental services of deck chair, sunbeds, umbrellas, bars, restaurants and also swimming pools.
There are also some short stretches of free beach, beside the port or in the southernmost area of the port (in viale Europa), where the pine forest mixes with the dunes of arbutus and reaches the beach.
The pier of the port, from which you admire a wonderful view of the city and the mountains, is only 400 meters away.
The pine forest of Ponente is only 600 meters away and offers a cool shelter from the heat and many games and services dedicated to younger children.
The Apuan Alps, only a few km away, offer mountain lovers paths, refuges and breathtaking views.

- Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower (only 25 km.),
- Forte dei Marmi: the town of luxury and nightlife (just 12 km.),
- Pietrasanta (called the "Little Athens"): historical village of culture and art shops (just 10 km.),

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The property measures 80 sq. m, (862 sq. ft). The door on the 3rd floor leads to an entrance that connects all the rooms.
On the left we find a large living room with a table and a large corner sofa bed for 2 people.
On the right we find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, pots...).
The first double bedroom has a large wardrobe and a tv set. The second double room has the second bed which can be pulled out from under the first bed.
The first bathroom with window is bright, spacious and has a shower. The second bathroom is just a toilet with sink.
All the apartment is air conditioned (with 4 splits).
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

OUR OPINION: Perfect location, just beside the beach, and in the city centre! Very comfortable accommodation for a family or a group of friends who wants to enjoy the sea or the pine forest (very appreciated by children). All the services are close at hand.
