Villa Marina is a nice villa in Torre del Lago Puccini (at 600m from the center of Torre del Lago and 6Km from Viareggio center), non smoking, with private parking on the property.
Very quiet, close to the sea and to the beach, in a perfect geographic location to explore Tuscany and the Cinque Terre (the Five Lands).
Villa Marina is a comfortable spot for enjoying relaxing evenings at home with family and friends during your stay in Torre del Lago Puccini.
We speak Italian, French (mother tongue) and English.
All bedrooms and rooms (except bathrooms) are equipped with air conditioning-

The villa consists of:
Ground: living room with satellite TV, dining area with fitted kitchen, master bedroom (cm160x190), little bathroom with wc, sink and bidet.
1st floor: master bedroom (cm160x190), bedroom with 2 twin beds (cm80x190), bathroom equipped with all amenities (shower, wc, sink, bidet and hair dryer).
Finally, the villa has 2 balconies, with access from two upstairs bedrooms.
Outdoor area where you can eat, equipped with tables, chairs and umbrella.
Private parking (uncovered) on the property, as well as possibility to park on the main road.

The sea is 2.5 km away, with a choice at either free beach or beach with bathhouse. The beach has fine golden sand. Perfect for families with children.
The beach is easy to reach either by bike or walk along the cycle path leading down to the beach or along the path through the pine forest.
The Massaciuccoli Lake (Lago di Massaciuccoli), is overlooked by the open-air theater and the Villa/museum of the maestro Giacomo Puccini, is 3.5Km away.

Supermarkets at 1Km, shops and grocery at 600m, bank/ATM, laundromat, pharmacy, church, bike rentals, ice-cream shops, cafés, restaurants and pizzerias at the lake and at the beach.
The center of Viareggio is at 6Km away, with the pier, its «Viali a Mare» (Promenade): you will find a wonderful selection of boutiques and shops open until late at night during the summer.

Not a villa by any means

The upstairs bedrooms and bath were very nice. Unfortunately the stairs were very difficult for seniors in their 70s. So we had to stay downstairs. The bath was the size of a double phone booth. There was no separate shower. The circle of the shower was smaller than a phone both. The bed took up almost the entire downstairs bedroom. The mattress didn't stay on the spring! We could barely make it around the bed. On one side you could.not open the window and move and on the other side the wardrobe could not open all the way without moving the bed.We were only 4 people as two of our guests were unable to make the trip. We never could have managed if the others came.The proprietor was kind and thoughtful but there wasn't much he could do about the "villa"

We had a nice week here with good weather. We're going to Pisa. Siena, Vinci, Livorno and we had two sunny days at the beach. If you have a car, you can park inside the property: very useful. Grazie per tutto.

Come sempre dopo il terzo anno consecutivo, tutto come uno ci si aspetta di trovare , la seconda casa di vacanze. Dopo anni da un settore alberghiero come manager posso dire che per me le vacanze devono essere in una casa e non in hotel liberi di fare davvero come si vuol fare, senza vincoli di orari o altro . Assolutamente consigliabile a tutti - Provare per credere

Anche questo anno una settimana perfetta. Come sempre la casa è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una settimana di relax . gentilissimi come sempre i proprietari che si preocupano e attendono con pazienza il nostro arrivo . Ho consigliato il soggiorno anche ad alcuni colleghi di lavoro . Essere indipendenti e NON vincolati dalle leggi degli hotel è sempre stata la mia priorità . Speriamo di ritornarci anche il prossimo anno.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist schön geräumig mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich, sowie 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Die Möbel sind zwar etwas altmodisch (was aber typisch ist für die Toscana) - uns hat das aber nicht gestört, weil der Platz und die Ausstattung für einen Familienurlaub absolut prima sind. Zum Meer und zum See muss man ein Stück fahren, dafür hat man es aber auch nicht weit nach Lucca und Pisa. Wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut topp! Besonders begeistert hat uns aber die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit von Ludovico Giannini, dem Sohn der Vermieterin! Neben Französisch und Italienisch spricht er übrigens auch noch Englisch. Übrigens hat die Familie noch weitere Ferienwohnungen, z.B. http://www.fewo-direkt.de/ferienwohnung-ferienhaus/p6435245 Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!

De woning is netjes en co...

De woning is netjes en compleet ingericht, maar wel gedateerd. De woning staat in een woonwijk, uitzicht op huizen aan de overkant. Kleine buitenplaats, wel een eigen parkeerplaats,wat erg fijn is. Heel vriendelijke mensen, die het je graag naar de zin maken en ook tips over de omgeving geven. Ook vooraf waren er goede contacten met de eigenaar.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison correctement équipée le seul petit bémol que j'exprime concerne la literie du RDC qui mériterait un matelas plus ferme.Les propriétaires parlent français sont très sympathiques et très accueillants.
