Propriedade bem localizada, num Monte muito sossegado e cheio de privacidade. A muito simpĆ”tica Vila de AlcƔƧovas encontra-se a menos de 10 minutos de carro e dispƵe de tudo o que se precisa para uma semana se fĆ©rias. A casa Ć© muito espaƧosa, agradĆ”vel, bem equipada e bem decorada. A Internet Ć© muito boa. Perfeita para uma famĆ­lia de atĆ© 14 pessoas. A zona da piscina/deck, jardim e terreno circundante estĆ£o descuidados, justificando uma avaliaĆ§Ć£o abaixo de 5*.

Excelente local para fĆ©rias em famĆ­lia. PrĆ³ximo a grandes atraƧƵes com grande riqueza gastronĆ³mica, arquitetĆ³nica, artesanato, cultural, etc. A vila de AlcƔƧovas a pouco mais de 3 Km apresenta um pequeno mercado que satisfaz as necessidades para os pequenos almoƧos e lanches da tarde. A casa Ć© muito bem situada, com paisagem realmente deslumbrante, cĆ©us ao entardecer coloridos e muito exclusivos. As facilidades que a casa apresenta Ć£o muito boas. Ampla, arejada, bem dividida, confortĆ”vel e primando pelo bom gosto. Teve boas mĆ£os na decoraĆ§Ć£o. Mas temos contratempos; casa fechada por muito tempo e com armĆ”rios muito mofados ( com certeza o hĆ³spede seguinte se beneficiou), jardim mal cuidado, dispensa desorganizada, algumas peƧas de cozinha velhas e ou quebradas. O espaƧo do home theater bonito, bem decorado, mas na altura impraticĆ”vel, jĆ” que apresentava defeito. Foi um ambiente nĆ£o usado como deveria. Mas no final, passamos 7 excelentes dias em famĆ­lia. Recomendo sem hesitaƧƵes, aliĆ”s eu voltaria. O Pedro, proprietĆ”rio, a quem nao tive a oportunidade de conhecer pessoalmente, tambĆ©m se mostrou sempre muito atencioso.

Mais um ano e mais um longo fim de semana neste belo local. Ideal para familias grandes ou para juntar um grupo de amigos. As crianƧas sentem-se sempre como se estivessem em casa. A piscina deveria ser melhor mantida pois estava um pouco suja. O deck Ć  volta da piscina jĆ” merecia uma reparaĆ§Ć£o para evitar acidentes.

ESTANCIA CASI PERFECTA

La estancia fue casi perfecta motivada por pequeƱos detalles, como que cuando llegamos el dueƱo aunno estaba y la casa estaba sin preparar, que un dia nos quedamos sin agua durante toda la maƱana y pequeƱos detalles como los pomos de las puertas no funcinaban provocando que nos quedaramos encerrados. La casa es espectacular pero seria perfecta con que se cuidaran pequeƱos detalles. Es verdad que la casa esta mas preparada para verano, ya qu eno tiene calefaccion, pero tuvimos suerte con el tiempo. Lastima de los pequeƱos detalles
