Jullie hebben geen boeking gemaakt dus we konden er niet overnachtten was al 22u en vol geboekt na een hele poos bellen toch onderkomen gevonden maar keuken dicht dus zonder eten gaan slapen. Mijn eerste ervaring met hotels.com😠Hoe kan dit en hoe gaan we dit oplossen?
