Really well located, close to the train station and the sights and at a reasonable price. The hotel is modern and comfortable, staff are super-friendly and helpful, The room had everything one might look for, clean and comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and the electric shutters are a nice touch, block out all the light. The breakfast was good too, nice choices and decent coffee. All in all a good hotel!

10 mins walk from the station and short walk to old town. Some good restaurants close by. Very helpful staff with good english. Comfortable bed and room made up. Breakfast is in a light airy dining room with outside seating. There was a good choice of foids and drinks. The room was a bit on the small side but otherwise all good and good value for money.

Receptionist was very good and helpful. Do not expect tea coffee facilities non in the room. Better check before booking. One the lady in the breakfast was very rude. No customer service at all did a very big fuss about the way I pouring tea.

Nice hotel and not too far away from everything.

Nice hotel, would recommend, only 10-15min walk from the train station and 10-15min walk into the centre. Staff were friendly and willing to help, rooms were a decent size and had air con. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

In this day and age, who has plastic shower curtains that stick to you when showering? Horrible! Yes, the hotel is marketed as "budget", but some basic improvements are needed. The breakfasts are basic, no hot food, but fill you up. The staff are lovely. Could do better without huge costs, alot better!

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good if not very varied. Can store luggage easily and have a pretty early checkin. Cute balcony. A little far from city center; better for the Arena. Took a star off because wifi unreliable and didn't really reach the room at all, which in the 21st century is kind of ridiculous. Also very few plugs in the room.

Clean, quiet hotel. Room was a little cramped for 3 adult people. Wish they had posted the breakfast hours on the website/Expedia since we left the hotel each morning before breakfast was open. They did offer to prepare a to go box for us though.

Good choice hotel

Good choice; half way between the train station centre. Helpful if carrying big bags, would recommend on location. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Coffee machine and fridge in the lobby at fairly cheap prices. Lovely restaurants near by too.

Hotel Siena was a lovely stay! My parents and I stayed in the triple room! As three adults this room was pretty good perfect for a one night in the city. The bathroom was all private and super clean. The reception was 10/10 very attentive and always proactive for anything. Verona was a lovely city we would definitely come back and stay at Siena

Great location and accomodations. Close to shops, supermarket, attractions. Room is a bit small but modern and clean. As in other italian hotels, no iron available. Not sure whether they are worried about a fire or theft, but most people are living out of their luggage so it makes sense to keep at least one in the lobby to lend to traveller.
