Surrounded by a private garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Air conditioning and state-of-the-art underfloor heating. Valuable features: finishes, renovated in 2023, exposed beams, some walls dating back to 1500 preserved. Strong points: private swimming pool at guests' free disposal. 2 parking spaces inside the property, 2 parking spaces in the garage.
