Charming apartment located in a building of historical-artistic importance of the seventeenth century approximately 100 m from the Arena of Verona. A place characterized by uncontainable attention to detail and a refined atmosphere, it offers its guests every necessary comfort. Renovated in June 2018, the environment has been treated in detail with refined design furnishings, antique furniture and custom-made pieces. The large 72sqm space is divided by a kitchen / wardrobe wall to enjoy the best of spaces. For a regal rest Queen size bed with fine fabrics, refined and personalized "Gamba" linens (Italian manufactures since 1918), anatomic and orthopedic memory foam mattress and Aloe Vera cover, cushions of various types and heights (hypoallergenic, filled with hulls of buckwheat or goose down). From certified organic cotton sponges and quality and craftsmanship Made in Italy "Gamba" 1918 to the courtesy line Made in Italy and "Merchant of Venice", kit for dental hygiene "Marvis", shaving set "Proraso", special care for the baby, everything was thought to give guests the best possible experience.

Fratta5 was simply perfect. Mira was the most wonderful host and went out of her way to help with all our requests. Everything you can possibly think of was provided at the apartment, even refreshments and treats on arrival. This place was literally better equipped and serviced than a room at the Ritz in London. We cannot rate this highly enough. Location was also superb. It is so central that during the interval of an opera at the Arena, I managed to go back to use the facilities, have a drink and turn on the dishwasher with 10 minutes to spare!!! Mira was always available to help. We accidentally locked ourselves out one day and she was immediately able to resolve the situation. The climate control in the apartment made our long stay in August extremely comfortable, day and night. Everything from the bedding to the toiletries were of exceptional quality to ensure the highest level of comfort. Fratta5 was truly like home away from home.
