Orchid Island Family Getaway w/Private Beach and Hot Tub

Looking for a quiet place to stay with family or friends? This large, beautifully maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, with new, large 8 person hot tub and steps to the private beach is just the answer. Our two-story home has over 3800 sq. ft of space and is beautifully renovated with a well-appointed kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining. The large upper-level family room to gather and play games or watch movies will provide the perfect backdrop to make memories and get away from it all!

This home offers a full kitchen with a Viking gas convection oven, kitchen island to gather around, high end pots and pans, a wood pellet grill/smoker, and your basics cooking necessities. It has a formal dining room, connected to the outdoor dining area, and more outdoor dining on the large upper deck as well.

The spacious upper level primary bedroom provides a lovely, secluded retreat and has a separate deck with lounge chairs and a partial ocean view.

Fun and games galore! We have a shuffleboard table and plenty of family board games to keep the entire family engaged and having fun together.

Our home offers a quiet beach refuge and yet is just minutes from shopping, dining, art, and so much more. Within walking distance you will find Beach Bites, a fabulous beach side deli, convenience store and beach sport rental with everything from smoothies, to subs, to surf board rentals. And next door to Beach Bites you will find Disney's Vero Beach Resort® where your family can enjoy a fun dinner together. My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful weekend in Vero Beach at Dawn's gorgeous beach house! Dawn was an amazing host and had great communication before and during our stay. The house was spectacular - spotlessly clean, well stocked, a few feet from the beautiful beach, and the perfect place to call home during our friend group's vacation. We loved cooking breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen, playing board games and watching movies in the spacious upstairs living room, and stargazing on the balcony at night. It's a quick and easy ride to go to the shops and restaurants in town. Having such close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We watched the sunrise over the ocean, took the provided beach chairs and umbrellas out during the day, and even saw a sea turtle building a nest in the sand at night. Thanks to Dawn, it was a magical vacation, and we hope to stay there again in the future!

Perfect for a family vacation

A very Merry Christmas!!!!

Our son is at flight school in Vero Beach so we decided to bring Christmas to him since we live in NY and he couldn't get the time off. This house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space to chill and relax. They even put up a Christmas tree for us. Easy walk to beach, great location on the island; as we don't want to be in the thick of things. Peaceful and tranquil. House was very well equipped and the owners were great to work with! If we couldn't be in our home for Christmas; this was the next best place to be!

A perfect getaway

This property was perfect for a family wedding on John’s Island. We were only four miles from the festivities with an easy drive on A1A. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean! The beach is a walk through a short path, and Dawn provided beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sunscreen and even hats and beach bags. The kids with us were entertained the whole time. There was a Publix grocery store nearby with a liquor store handy! Fully equipped and very comfortable, perfect for an extended family. Don’t hesitate, this home is a gem.

Perfect spot for a reunion of close friends.

The house has everything you could need for a beach vacation (i.e. beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower). The kitchen is beautiful with excellent appliances and all the cooking and dining supplies you need for cooking and dining in. And the outside decks are great for early morning coffee to late evening dinner or just lounging around!

Great Place To Stay

We would highly recommend this property. It was very clean….. it may have been the cleanest property we have ever rented. The description and pictures are very accurate. The walk to the beach is only 100 steps and the beach is very nice and private. The location is just a short drive from the main part of vero beach where there are great shops and restaurants. Dawn was an excellent host. Very responsive and professional.

Wonderful home base for family to gather

Half our family stayed at the Disney property and half stayed at the house over Christmas. It was wonderful to have a large, stocked kitchen for the larger family holiday meal. And the spaces made it nice for the kids to branch off from adults. We found the shuffle board table to be a real treat. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and it was a great walk to/from Disney. This was a great home with plenty of room for everyone. Just need to use the upstairs space as a typical living room.

Incredible Beach House Getaway

The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness. The entire house was spotless, from the pristine floors to the sparkling windows. It was evident that the owners had gone above and beyond to ensure a fresh and inviting environment. The bathrooms were gleaming, and the kitchen was not only well-equipped but also maintained to the highest standard. One of the biggest highlights of this beach house was its proximity to the shore. Absolutely Amazing!

This house is spectacular! We had two families with 9 people. Everyone had their own space and so much of it! The upstairs area is perfect! So much room to gather. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The hot tub is an added bonus. Dawn had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and so many towels for us to use. All we needed was clothes and sunscreen! The beach was so close, and had great waves for the kids. We used the bikes to explore the area. The pictures do not do this home justice!! Such an amazing place and trip! Dawn was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Dawn! We will be back!

DON'T MISS THE SUNRISE

Great manager....we contacted Dawn a few days before our trip which we booked 6 months in advance and were rewarded with a prompt response. She checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything during our stay. The house is absolutely amazing. Believe everything you see and read about this property in the listing.
