Got locked out, bnb was not cleaned then got threatened with trespassing by owner

Didnt get to stay was locked out by chance handyman let us in. Bnb was never cleaned. Ruined my family vacation my brother out his money for having to stay in hotel instead i had to stay in tiny trailer bunk beds for my vacation. got threatened for trespassing v vrbo
