Maintenance is sorely needed here, could be cleaner, could have a better breakfast, but for the price it was fine, enjoyed swimming in the pool in late February, and it was the cheapest hotel around , most every other place was 150-250 more

The room was clean & decent enough. I had reserved 2 rooms but the check in person couldn't find the 2nd room reservation. Even though I had a printout from hotels.com showing 2.

The room felt neglected . It was very run down and patched together pooly in the bathroom. It was an eyesore. Black dirt in the cornered caked up. I took pictures. Rust on a fuse box as soon as you walk into the room. No "do not disturb" signs.

Staff were as if I had entered a 3rd world country, room was in a state of disrepair, broken shower rod, felt like it was more appropriate to be a jail cell than a hotel. If this was a free stay, I would still not stay there.

The room was musty and the bathroom had black mold. You could see there was rot near the floor by tub. Instead of repairing it they used caulk. The window was so dirty you could barely see outside.they left me with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and 1 small soap. For 2 people it wasn’t enough. The metal in the bathroom was rusted and no lenses on the light. Breakfast was limited. I bit into an apple and it was rotted. The staff was very cold. I should have known better when I was checking in and I was asked for a credit card in case of damages. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

I actually canceled my room at this hotel. Upon arriving the guest service attendant was smoking cigarettes. I noticed a heavy odor of smoke too. I mentioned to the staff. Ignored me. Turns out, the ventilation system was on fire. I immediately informed others & we went outside. 12 fire engines showed up & so did the police. I also was told by other guests staying there that the fire alarm would go off a few times each day so these people ignored the fire alarm when there was a real fire. I informed the fire chief.

The staff was friendly but didn’t have answers for anything. They all said they were new. We booked here because of the kitchen and small sitting area. The sitting area was replaced with a second bed. The kitchen was no way near stocked how they said it would be. We requested a change in rooms and were quickly switched to a room that was a slight improvement. At least the second room had a working tv and kitchen light that worked. Neither rooms had coffee pots that had all the working components. The second room had both tvs but only one worked and we had only one remote. Pictures attached.

Never seen a frying pan so warped and this was the only cooking pot in the unit.

Went in to check out and passing two guys outside smoking. One of them never came in to check us in? Our door lock was a.mess. First time we got in after returning the door was unlocked? Found out we had to slam it shut! After that we never got in and the card didn't work. Went to desk and he scanned it again. Still didst work? By this time we were checking out on 3rd day. Dish washer? One plate, one small plate, 2 glasses and 2 cups. No silverware? Toilet paper. Had half a roll and no extra one? Only one trash can in bathroom. Non in kitchen area. Buffet? No eggs, no bacon or sausage.. (guess that kept the price lower?) First day 8:30 no coffee cups etc.
