Need to not have the smoking area right outside the back door. Customers were going in and out all hours of the night keeping us awake. The smoke smell would drift back in the hotel and into our room. Disgusting!

The room was okay, it was comfortable and clean, but the air conditioner was very loud and the hallways smelled of a very strong cleaner and mothballs (why)?! (The smell did seep into the room a bit, thankfully not enough to be unbearable).

"Free" breakfast consisted of "orange juice" from a machine that looked purple and tasted like water. Pancakes from machine came out raw. The only good thing was the eggs that were cooked fresh amd the potatoes. Seriously lacking a little love on the breakfast side.

When we checked in we had a $50 hold on our credit card as a security deposit. I now notice that the $50 security deposit has been withdrawned from my account. Hopefully it will be refunded to my account. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable for both my wife and I. Since we procured the room so that my wife could rest after her surgery and she was not able to rest in the bed. We got up and left early.
