Vacation directly on the beach where the surf is just 100 feet from your private outdoor lanai. Stunning two bedroom two bathroom with direct ocean views from both bedrooms and the living room, marble floors, central AC, garage parking, swimming pool, separate kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Only about a mile to Old Vero Beach shops and restaurants. The fabulous Beach Village Market is cross the street and CVS is nearby. Ideal for a romantic beach vacation. Enjoy all that Vero Beach and the Treasure Coast have to offer or just plant yourselves on the beach and relax. Swimming, golf, tennis, kayaking, boating and fishing are all at your fingertips! Cable TV, internet, and all utilities are included as well as use of all furnishings, kitchen utensils and linens. The condo association does require a minimum three month rental.
