Family 4 two queen beds, well sized room. The floor needs a good mop but overall it was fine. Can be a bit noisy by pool rooms if neighbors aren't respectful however we had no issues. White noise from ceiling fan or AC helps wash out the noise. Can't really bit the price and breakfast included was decent with a hot sausages, hasbrowns, boil eggs, eggos, cereal, toast and good muffin options.
