Cette propriété est prévue pour accueillir 13 personnes. SI effectivement on peut coucher 13 personnes + 1 bébé : il manque des couettes et des oreillers, la table du coin repas avec 6 chaises et sa dimension ne peut pas accueillir 13 personnes, idem pour les assiettes et les couverts (ex : fourchettes et petites cuillères), la batterie de cuisine est insuffisante (ex : casseroles ou poêle). Par ailleurs, il n'y a qu'UNE salle de bains pour 13 personnes. La maison nécessite de multiples réfections : porte d'entrée, fenêtres, pas de loquet au toilettes de l'étage, robinet de l'évier, etc... Le propriétaire n'est pas joignable facilement par téléphone si besoin. Cependant, un jardin est aménagé de jeux pour enfants, belle espace au RdC, bonne literie, intention sympathique d'accueil avec dosettes pour café, biscuits et des petites bouteilles d'eau. En conséquence le rapport qualité/prix est décevant.
