The property accommodates a maximum of 3 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area spans 21 m2 and includes a dining table and a kitchen corner, creating a welcoming and functional open space. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning and forced-air heating system, ensuring year-round comfort. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. An open gallery provides an additional sleeping area with 1 bed, offering flexible accommodation for guests. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the gallery.
