Welcome to the Creekside Bungalow, this 3 acre property located 3/4 of a mile from Main Street Verdigre, offers a fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a private beach on the bank of the Verdigris Creek.
The house boasts an open floor plan with a large kitchen for cooking and gathering. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed along with 2 twin beds.
The property is a short bike ride or walk from all the amenities of a small town but yet secluded enough for peace and quiet. The 150’ sand beach is perfect for kids to play all day long or relax on a chair and read a book or sit by the creek and have a campfire. The Verdigris Creek ranges anywhere from a few inches deep to 2 feet at it deepest so it’s perfect for any ages.
