Thanks to its strategic position, it is close to the beaches of Domaso, Gravedona and Gera Lario, and also allows you to easily reach all the places and services of interest, including water sports, trekking and mountain-bike routes. Free tennis court at 5 km.
You will have an 80 m2 apartment. newly built with a large living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and video library, kitchen complete with appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, maxi oven, toaster, Italian and American coffee, grill for meat, a bedroom with a double bed, a bed bunk bed, a large bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and large shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Bath and bedroom linen included.
Externally you will have in exclusive use the garden, the covered terrace, the terrace with pergola overlooking the lake and barbecue ideal for breakfasts and dinners in absolute relaxation.
