The attractive, recently furnished Arancio apartment is located within a lovely little courtyard with a garden in the center of Verbania Intra. The living room has a lounge area with 2 armchairs, satellite TV, fully- equipped kitchenette, dining table, a single sofa-bed; the bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed and, like the living room, has direct access to the garden. The bathroom, with shower, also has a washing machine.

There is a table, an umbrella in the garden for eating outdoors along with a deckchair for enjoying the sun and relaxing in total tranquility.

Parking is usually available in front of the house, but if not there are large public car parks nearby (200-400 meters away).

The town centre and lakefront are a 3/5 minute walk from the house. The port, from which ferries leave for tours of the islands, and the local bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Leisure centres, pools and beaches are a 5-minute driving.

Es ist ein tolles Appartement mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Der Garten ist super schön und gemütlich. Die zusändige Nachbarin fürs Appartement war sehr nett und zuvorko.mend, sie hat unsere Anliegen sofort behandelt. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Alles top!

Schön renovierte FeWo in zentrumsnaher Umgebung

Nach Erhalt der genauen Adresse habe ich über Google Maps die Streetview eingeschaltet und war entsetzt: Die Hausnummer zeigte eine verfallene Mauer mit 3 Eingangstüren, wobei die richtige Hausnummer am schlimmsten aussah. Nach Telefonat mit der Agentur wurde mir sofort gesagt, dass sich hinter dieser Tür ein ca. 50m langer Durchgang zum richtigen Grundstück befindet und dort ein neu renoviertes Appartement auf uns wartet. Hurra, dem war auch so! Ein hübscher kleiner Innenhof mit vielen Blumen und grün bewachsenen Mauern öffnete sich (wie auf dem Foto). Auch die Wohnung selbst ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles funktionierte gut und wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Wichtige Info: Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat eine durchgehende Matratze (1.80 x 2.00 m) und benötigt die entsprechende Größe eines Leintuchs, also keine Spannbetttücher für Einzelbetten. Die Lage in der netten Altstadt Intra war auch sehr gut. In der Nähe des Marktplatzes (3 Min.) und zum See (7 Min.) machte Fahren mit dem Auto unnötig. Parken vor dem Appartement ist eher nur zum Aus- und Einladen möglich, aber in der Nähe finden sich immer Parkplätze. Die Eigentümer der FeWo sind ausgesprochen nett. Sollte ich nochmal eine Wohnung dort brauchen, werde ich sicher wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
