Hice esta reservación para mis padres y fue terrible. El piso en donde estaban tenía tarimas amontonadas en el piso. El baño justo abajo de la regadera MUY PELIGROSO. Mi padre se resbaló. Por año nuevo 1,300 pesos por noche es un robo. No lo vale y no lo recomiendo. I made this reservation for my parents and it was terrible. In the corridor they were on had pallets piled up on the floor. The bathroom right below the shower is VERY DANGEROUS. My father slipped. For New Years 1,300 pesos per night is a steal. It's not worth it and I don't recommend it.

Average with great location

Given the price, i did not have great expectations... You get what you pay for. Staff is very friendly, location is great. Beyond that it is average, but again, that is what you get at the price range.

I reserved one room with one bed, when I arraived to the property I decided to change to 2 bed, and they charged me one and a half more than the original price, I think it was no right, I accepted that price because was at night, but I do not recomend that hotel, I will never come back to Veracruz.

Well room was decent, bed was hard and uncomfortable, no hot water, when ac was on we got allergies but staff was friendly and helpful. Everything is in spanish, good thing I do speak spanish but not for my wife who only speaks English, continental breakfast is only cafe, orange juice and 2 slices of toast thats it! Anyway staff was really good and friendly so that was good.

Cuando llegamos la habitación no tenía internet, amablemente nos la cambiaron, sin embargo las sábanas estaban sucias y el lugar dejaba mucho que desear. Pedí sábanas limpias, y por ser educado dije que si querían las cambiaba yo, la chica dijo que está bien, aunque ese debería ser su trabajo. Sobre la habitación en si, el baño estaba lleno de manchas de humedad, el espejo igual sucio, el piso lleno de manchas. Las almohadas al quitar las fundas también sucias etc... Un desastre vaya. Y para terminar de estropearlo todo pásamos una noche fatal, la ventana no aisla nada de sonido, todas las noche escucharás los coches y pitidos de afuera, ideal si te apetece un poco de dolor de cabeza. Para colmo nuestros vecinos de habitación, tuvieron sexo casi toda la noche, y si no bastaba con escuchar a la mujer gemir a las 2/3/4 de la mañana , lo combinaron con golpes en la pared el resto de horas. Añadido a la lista de peores hoteles de Veracruz. Lo único que diré positivo del lugar es que la recepcionista fue amable. Todo lo demas Fatal

Horrible me enviaron del Santander a uno horrible más atrás un hotel plaza, de quinta, según ellos porque no tenían habitación cuando yo la había reservado, les fui a reclamar y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada, al parecer no les agrada que reserve uno con uds. Porque si tenían habitación. En fin de lo peor.

No había agua caliente en la habitación y lamentable no nos informaron que facturan el día de la llegada. Estuvimos solo días días y ya nos habíamos hospedado antes pero esto no recuerdo que antes nos lo hayan mencionado.

Lo único positivo que puede decir de este lugar es que su ubicación es buena y que las dos personas de la recepción fueron amables y atentas, de ahí en fuera todo es negativo. El lugar tiene un olor desagradable cuando subes a las habitaciones. Al menos la que nos tocó está descuidada, sucia y olía a humedad, también tiene un clima como de hace 15 años, es ruidoso y está polvoso por falta de aseo y mantenimiento. El colchón en general está en mal estado y es duro, se ve que las sábanas y las fundas tienen años que no las cambian puesto que se ven amarillentas y manchadas, aunque si olían limpias. Tienen dos burós que se están casi cayendo y un vidrio templado encima que estaban sucios cuando llegamos. Los baños ni se digan, súper sucios, la taza, regadera, el lavamanos y el piso, parecía baño público, bueno he conocido baños públicos más limpios. Muy importante, el lugar no tiene estacionamiento y te cobran 100 pesos extra por pensionarlo, eso sí puedes salir y entrar las veces que quieras. Algo que también deben considerar es que te cobran 100 pesos de depósito por darte el control de la televisión y la recepción de señal es pésima, así como su servicio de internet, ya que no llega la señal a la habitación.
