Modern air conditioned 3 bedroom detached villa with very large garden, private swimming pool ( heating option out of high season as you don't need extra heat in summer) and luxury Hot-Tub. Stunning views from the gardens and the villa is just 200 meters from the local tapas bar. The complex is only 1 mile from the blue flag beaches at Vera Playa and water park. Onsite you have 2 communal pools, tennis courts and lots of open space and gardens.This is the real Spain and a great place to soak up the sun and relax in comfort. The villa is only one of 4 that are detached and have huge gardens on the complex so holiday at the best!!

Great Villa to chill out

We stayed at the Villa for two weeks in July. The Villa was quiet & peaceful throughout our stay and everyone was able to relax by the pool. The layout is well thought out and there are plenty of areas to relax in the sun or in the shade. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature for cooling down at any time of day. In the evening, the pool area is lit up with decorative lights which was nice with the sound system also adding to the ambient feel. The kitchen is well stocked, with cooking utensils, glasses plates and dishes we only ate out twice as we preferred to cook using the outside cooking area. The air conditioning worked really well to keep everyone cool when eating inside. The house is very clean and there is a roof terrace for playing ping pong although it was very hot for most of the day being there mid July. The supermarket and beach are close by which was great. Overall we all enjoyed our stay at the Villa for our first visit to mainland Spain.

The booking process was first class both with the owner and property manager. the instructions and information about the property were extremely helpful. The property was more than home from home. There were all the equipment if you wanted to eat in and there was fantastic facilities for simply enjoying the villa. there was plenty of space many different areas to sit and relax. the villa made for a memorable holiday for the whole family. Excellent!

This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Owen was extremely helpful from the moment we considered booking right up until leaving day. Communication was fast and easy and any problems we had before we went and once there were dealt with by Owen and Steve the property manager quickly. The property itself is absolutely wonderful and we will most definitely be returning. It was very well equipped with everything you could hope for and the outside space in particular was excellent. The outside lighting and landscaping were the best we’ve seen in a rental villa, it was truly beautiful! We paid extra for pool heating and are glad we did as the pool was always a lovely temperature no matter what time of day we swam and we like a warm pool. The location was perfect as it was away from the busier areas but close enough to be able to quickly drive to the supermarket and the sea front. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family get away. We felt at home for our whole stay and our children have made us promise that we will go back.

Lovely, well equipped villa with fantastic pool and pretty garden. The outside space is ample with lots of different zones for relaxing. Inside the villa has all you need and is in good condition. Onsite there is a restaurant which we used one evening. The food was good and the service was too. Just needed some entertainment (nothing too rowdy) and maybe we would have used it more. Security onsite are efficient which is reassuring. Highly recommend this property.

Villa to die for🤗

From the moment you arrive through the gated reception you know you are in for a fantastic holiday. The villa is well positioned and in my opinion one of the best (if not the best) Villa on the site. From walking through the garden gate and through the front door you feel as though you have arrived at your little bit of shangrila. The villa is one of the best ones we have ever stayed at and I would be proud to own it. Owen and Karen have put a lot of work not only into the Villa but also the out door space which makes this villa so special. We never ate inside and stayed out from 6am when we got up to 10:30pm when we went to bed. You get sun all day long and it is truly a sun bathers paradise. The pool you cannot fault. It is fantastic. The Astro turf and planting of the garden make it a joy to relax in the garden and not be annoyed with ants. Every aspect has been considered. There are places to sun bathe, rest in the shade. Many places for children to play and relax and an added bonus was the roof terrace. You can check out the surrounding area and beautiful mountain view towards Garrucha and Mojacar. Inside is made to feel very homely and decorated to a very high standard. Each of the bedrooms have enough storage for clothes and accessories. The en-suite and family bathroom have everything necessary to make your stay a joy. I think we may have watched the magnificent tv with 2000 + channels on our arrival but not for the rest of the holiday. But it is an added bonus if you want to catch up on your UK tv🥴. If you have any issues Owen is only an email away and gets everything sorted. Steve (the property manager) is on hand if you need anything urgent. Him and his son are great and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleaner also puts a lot in to get the villa looking it’s utmost perfect presentation. Only issue which is of no fault with the villa is the neighbours are a little noisy but I think that is the Spanish way. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this villa you will not be disappointed.

AMAZING isn't the word

Well....... what can I say other than, this villa is amazing! I could not have asked for more! The check in process, the villa, the area, the people lovely! Steve the property manager is on hand to help, always able to answer questions and happy to help! Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is only a phone call away The onsite restaurant is lovely 3 courses for 13.90 Euro is an absolute bargain and the food is out of this world! The 3 bed villa is lovely, nice and clean, very spacious. the pool is just the right size and depth. My little boy has learnt to swim on this holiday and he has grown heap[s and bounds, being in and out of the pool all day really helped his confidence. the seating areas outside are lovely, you are spoilt for choice as to where you want to sit....... we used a local taxi service to take us to Consum the local supermarket, they speak English ( just about) but very helpful. I would return to this villa in a heartbeat! no questions asked, the upkeep and the style of the Villa is beautiful. The area is so relaxing and quite would recommend this villa and area to ANYONE

Lovely peaceful location

Fantastic outdoor space in a lovely setting. Villa was very clean. Steve was very helpful with some good information. Large supermarket close by. Visited surrounding area which still maintains its Spanish charm. Recommend Lua restaurant facing Consum for a lovely lunch (menu del dia) and also a relaxing drink in lovely surroundings.

Simply the best

This is our third stay at Owens villa and we have already booked for next year And it is still simply the best There is nothing that Owen and Karen haven't thought of The villa itself is very high spec The gardens are beautiful, and at night when all the lights come on it is just like being in paradise The swimming pool and the hot tub is just icing on the cake Beautiful views from the roof terrace of old Mojacar and the Mountings and watching the sunset go down it's just magical Le peperina restaurant service excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere for a nice evening out The communication with Owen is excellent Nothing is too much trouble for him Steve the Property Manager is always on the end of the phone to help if needed Once again thank you Owen and Karen for sharing your beautiful villa with us looking forward to next year. Stunning villa with amazing facilities

My family of four stayed in this beautiful villa for 10 days. Everything was perfect, Owen was amazing with correspondence and helped us sort flights too. Steve who met us at the villa was brilliant and gave us all the knowledge we would need for our stay , Steve was also very flexible with check in and out . The villa was 5 * with literally everything you could possibly need. The outside area was breath taking and many hours were spent in the pool by our 9 and 10 year old children !! Oh and us the adults!!!! Don’t think twice about booking this villa , book it now!!!

Another perfect stay, paradise

2nd stay at Owen’s villa, and again everything was perfect. Great communication from start to finish, Steve who looks after the property is first class. The villa itself has everything you need pool and jacuzzi are amazing and regularly checked. The outside space is huge with lots of beds tables and chairs, bbq is very big easy to use and clean. A lovely roof terrace ,although we didn’t use it as we have young kids who wanted to stay by the pool. Inside the villa is everthing you need to have, enjoy and make your stay easy. Fantastic a/c system, nice size bedrooms and all you can watch t.v . A car is not essential but does help if you like to get out and about a lot. We had a brilliant two weeks and will definitely be back, thanks again Owen for making your villa a great place to stay

Stunning holiday villa

We have just returned from a stay in Owen's villa and had a fantastic holiday. The outside areas are fantastic. A huge beautiful swimming pool surrounded by lots of different shaded seating areas which were very welcome in the heat of the day. A lovely rooftop space which gave stunning views to Mojaca, the sea and the mountains. My daughter particularly enjoyed the table tennis table and table football and all the English TV channels. A lovely jacuzzi which we made frequent use of late in the evening. The complex itself is beautiful. 3 lovely, very quiet swimming pools (even in late July) and lovely gardens. We only used the onsite bar and restaurant for an early evening drink. It was in a very pleasant setting overlooking the main pool. We did not hire a car but did hire bikes and could cycle to the beach and supermarket in just 5 minutes. We also made use of the fantastic local buses taking trips to Mojaca and up into Vera for just over a euro for each journey. Steve, the property manager was superb. Very helpful and on call whenever you need him. We had to call him after midnight one evening when all the power went off (our fault in over-doing the time we left the jacuzzi heat on). He was fantastic and rectified the issue immediately over the phone. Would definately recommend this villa to a couple or a family and would love to return in the future.

A truly stunning villa. High spec, wonderful location, very private. We hired a car which I would recommend. The outside area is beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 5. The pool was amazing. The BBQ facility and outdoor seating was greatly valued. I would highly recommend this villa to families. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Owen and his quick response to emails regarding booking the villa and recommending car hire companies. Would love to book the villa again

Amazing villa with fantastic pool and garden

As a family of 5 this villa was perfect. We had an amazing 2 week stay and could easily have stayed longer. The villa and outside pool and gardens are done to an extremely high standard you can tell this is a home and not just a rental property. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the garden and eating al fresco. There is a great bar and restaurant on site and staff so friendly for those nights were you don’t want to cook. There are beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, would recommend a car to get about and see the amazing sites especially Mojácar. There is also a great water park in Playa Vera where you can easily pass a day. This villa would suit couples and families alike. Loved this place - highly recommend

A truly stunning holiday home

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. Too often you see photos of properties where an owner has obviously cleaned up in an effort to make a good impression but in this case the pictures are exactly as you find it and it is stunning. Plenty of space and amenities that are second to none. You can see the pride and expense the owner has placed in the property to provide both a true home from home as well as a break away from home. The communication and helpfulness of Steve, in the resort, is also second to none. The villa is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends and you literally want for nothing to keep you happy and entertained. If it is at all possible in the future we would definitely return. Thanks to Owen and family for sharing this truly fabulous villa.

Beautiful villa with a perfect garden!

We had a great week! Beautifully clean well equipped villa. Warm and friendly welcome from Steve and a great customer service when we needed it! The garden is the best we’ve ever had - well thought out use of the outdoor space. Should we ever find ourselves in that part of the world again we would definitely rebook. We stayed early in the season as we were there supporting our son’s cricket tour at Desert Springs. The weather was alright but would recommend the pool heat!! The hot tub was great! Very quiet die to the time of year. Thank you!

Beautiful villa with everything you need

We have just returned from a weeks holiday and have had one of our best family holidays ever. This has been the nicest, cleanest and best equipped villa we have holidayed in yet. The villa was in a great position for us as it was peaceful but only a 10 minute walk from the bus stops which made it ideal for us as we did not want to hire a car. The villa has everything you need with an exceptional garden area where the kids really enjoyed the pool, the hot tub or table tennis on the roof terrace. Pueblo Salinas is a lovely complex and the villa is ideally situated near to the front. La Peperina served great food at good prices which was ideal if you didn't want to venture far. Steve who met us at the villa was brilliant he gave us lots of information about the villa and the local area and made it clear that we only had to call him should we need him. Owen was also great from start to finish and always quick to respond to emails and we are extremely grateful that he has shared his holiday home with us. In our opinion Owen had thought of everything which makes a villa holiday a perfect one. We will definitely be recommending this villa to family and friends and we will be sure to return! Thank you.

Amazing villa ❤️

Had the most amazing time this villa is beautiful very modern and has everything you could possibly want . The garden and pool Area fantastic even at night time when all the lights come on it's very pretty , and maybe spent the majority of our holiday out here from breakfast time until late ! Unfortunately we didn't have a car didn't find this too much of a problem manage to get a taxi to supermarkets a few times and even managed to walk to the beach , car might have been easier but wouldn't put me off going without one . Steve the kind of manager of the villas was great gave us a lot of information about where to go and supermarkets local area and stuff even dropped us at the supermarket when we had arrived this was really nice of him . All in all had a wonderful time stayed in a few villas this is by far the best and prettiest villa so far had loads to do and the roof offers some amazing views of the mountains especially at sunrise . Would definitely return. Thank you Owen and Karen you have a wonderful villa and we will definitely be coming back and also thank you to Steve u where really helpful xx

Simply the best

This is our second stay at this beautiful villa in a year , and we have already booked our next visit This villa exceeds all expectations It has everything you could possibly wish for For a perfect holiday It really is a must You will not be disappointed The area is a beautifully unspoiled part of Spain The restaurant on site again will not disappoint Owen is so helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish Owen and Karen once again thank you so much for sharing your beautiful villa with us Can't wait for our next visit Sharon and family x

Superb property with everything thought of

We stayed at Owen's 2 bed last year and loved it so knew we were in for a treat with the 3 bed. It's amazing and you can tell the owner takes great pride in both properties. The garden is beautiful with interesting plants and soft astro-turf to walk on - great when you're walking around barefoot. At night all the solar lights come on and make it all very magical. The pool was fantastic, we asked for it to be heated and it was great way to cool off in the sun but warm enough to sit in (or lie on a dinghy!). Inside everything has been thought of even down to cocktail stirrers and shakers! We couldn't fault anything - inside or out. We ate a few times at la peperina (the onsite restaurant) and found the food to be as delicious and freshly cooked as always - thanks May. Steve (who checked us in to the property) was very helpful and friendly and showed us where everything was. The couple of times we needed to get hold of him he called straight back. We loved every minute staying at the property - in fact we didn't end up going out too much just so we could take full advantage of the place. Can't wait to come back - thanks very much Owen and family.

Well equipped beautiful villa

Have just spent a week here , the villa has everything you need , outside space is lovely with lots of seating areas. Unfortunately there was a complication with the pool which meant the water level was lower that it would normally be however Owen did his utmost to ensure the pool was available to us for our holiday and kept us updated with this. In my opinion this villa does require for you to have a car as the location is quite far from local amenities , supermarket , beach etc we managed to get by using buses and walking however was not ideal. Overall the villa is a great place to stay , clean and homely, we all really enjoyed our holiday and wish we could have stayed longer :)
