Fully renovated to enjoy the abundant natural light and bring the incredible environment in, the open plan kitchen dining and living enjoys a beautiful sky light, and views of Banksias through double glazed windows and doors. Cook feasts in the brand new kitchen with induction cooktop, electric oven and stainless steel dishwasher.
A new laundry connects guests to the second toilet, gorgeous brass outdoor shower and rear fire pit area. In the new luxury bathroom, enjoy a sky view through the skylight from the spacious semi frameless shower, expansive new vanity unit and toilet suite.
Lawn for cricket or totem tennis at front and native garden wonderland at rear. Privately set behind established manna gums, enjoy the morning sun from the dune facing balcony at front and the sunset from the beautiful new North facing sun deck which extends the light filled living space. Wood flooring in living areas and freshly carpeted bedrooms and hall.
Coonara style wood heater plus split system heating for the cooler months and powerful air conditioning and ceiling fan for the summertime. Thoroughly insulated throughout and with quality linen provided, all of the three bedrooms are robed and enjoy garden views.
