All amenities nearby.

Villa recently built on a plot of maquis consisting of 3 bedrooms double beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen open to a large living room of 70 m2, a master suite with its private bathroom and toilet, a large terrace of 120 m2 with secure pool with an exceptional view of the sea. No noise nearby. No vis à vis.
The villa is a few minutes from the sea by car (cows beach). Very calm beach and translucent water.
Ideally located to visit Corsica from north to south. (1h30 from Bonifacio - 45 min from Porto Vecchio - 1h15 from Bastia and 45 min from Corte)
