It’s not cleaning everyday I’m 5 night stay but No one has cleaned the room. And also disappointing the city text online shows 11 or 12 euros after 5 night, they says 40€.

Just the basics but it het the job done

Pretty basic set up for someone traveling alone. Bus and tram stops are very close so wether you want to go to Mastre Merghera it's a breeze; busses and tram. A few shops and bars in the area are open until 01:00. There seems to be a farmers market on Wednesdays ot was fun waking up to the option of fresh fruits and local crafts added a bit more to the adventure. And to get to the island of Venice was pretty much a no brainer; 1 Tram ride to major station (about 10 mins) an 1 train into the island. All in all it's a good spot

Good for one night

Bare bones place, good for a 1-night stay since it's quite reasonably priced. Wifi didn't work, but room was clean and it's easy to get to from Mestre train station -- just take the T2 tram to Mercato and walk a few hundred feet.

The website says check-in time is 2:00 PM, but when you arrive in front of the hotel, it says 3:00 PM. There's no reception. They've written on the wall that we should call for check-in. But I'm a tourist. I only have internet access; I can't call. I asked people on the street to call for me. Thats bad. There's a shared bathroom and toilet. The bathroom and toilet were clean. Only the floors in the room were dirty; the sheets and duvet were clean. He also helped us leave our luggage. Thank you.

Terrible!!

On our first night, we were taken to a different building than the one we had booked. The bathroom was shared, even though this was not mentioned. The location of the place felt very unsafe and was extremely noisy. There was only a thin curtain on the window, so two men from the building across could constantly see into our room. The floor was sticky. Again, although it was not specified, we had to pay €4 per person as a city tax. Finally, as we were leaving the room at night, we were greeted by a cockroach at the door. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Es habitación con baño compartido

Te engañan porque realmente estás alquilando una habitación en un piso, CON BAÑO COMPARTIDO. En 5 días no nos han venido a limpiar, y pretendían que 5 días 3 personas estuviéramos solo con 3 toallas. Te están cobrando a precio de hotel y simplemente te dejan dormir en una habitación en un muy mal barrio que daba mala sensación a salir a la calle.

部屋は綺麗で快適でした。共用部のキッチンが汚い。ゴミが片付けられていない。食器も出しっぱなしで不潔。 チェックイン時間が14:00だったのに15:00じゃないと入れないと言われた。 チェックイン時にCityTaxを2泊で8ユーロ取られた。説明には1泊1ユーロと書いてある。 部屋とバスルームは清潔で問題なし。

入り口がかなり解りづらい。 チェックインが14時からとなっているのに、14時になってもドアが開かず。メールを開くと13時30分に何時にチェックインするか尋ねるメールが来ていた。遅いよ。 20分経ってようやく管理人が現れた。寒かったし、荷物を置いて早く観光に行きたいのに時間が無駄になった。

SUCIO, LLENO DE POLVO Y BICHOS, EL BAÑO SIEMPRE SU

No acostumbro a referirme a los hoteles pues soy de los que sabe que no se puede exigir mucho cuando pagas poco, PERO REALMENTE ESTE HOTEL ES EL PEOR LUGAR CON EL QUE ME HE ENCONTRADO EN MIS VIAJES, te cobran por servicio de aseo y nunca revisan, cuando llegamos bajo nuestra cama había una botella de gaseosa que en las 3 noches nunca la sacaron, lleno de polvo, sucio, EL BAÑO SIEMPRE SUCIO, la persona que nos recibió no estaba Y tuvimos que esperar casi 1 hora para que llegará y además estaba malhumorado. Te ofrece café y la cafetera tiene hasta pintura pegada y siempre sucia, no tienes cómo preparar nada, hay 3 utensilios de cocina SUCIOS Y LLENOS DE GRASA, el Internet es pésimo, LA CALEFACCION NO LA ENCIENDEN, conclusión malo, terrible, SUCIO, la peor experiencia de mi viaje por Europa, ni en un hostel de cuartos compartidos son tan sucios.
