Tipsy Turtle - Beautifully Landscaped Secluded pool and spa home

Set at the end of a 200 ft driveway on a 3/4 acre lot, built in 2006, this lovely Venice home, located less than two minutes drive from Manasota Beach. Close to several superb golf courses, and has huge 33 ft. long heated swimming pool, which can be electrically heated for extra fee, complete with dolphin mosaics, in inground jacuzzi. 60 inch  HDTV  This four bedroom house comfortably sleeps eight and is ideally designed for either a single family or for two to share.

The villa has three bedrooms, two main suites (one with King size bed and the other with a Queen size, both with en-suite bathrooms) and one twin room with twin (single) beds which has its own bathroom. The outside pool deck is huge and has four sun loungers and an outside dining table under the lanai to enjoy outdoor dining from the grill. The large rear garden is landscaped and surrounded completely by a 6ft high privacy fence. Very nice furnishings throughout the house

The house is fitted with everything you could need, from washer & dryer to DVD and wireless internet.
Very large pool with dolphin mosaic and separate spa, which can be electrically heated for extra fee.
Minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants.

If you love nature, privacy and serenity, and an amazing beach only 3 minutes away, Tipsy Turtle is the place for you. We are Minnesotans who spent the month of March at this home and couldn't have been happier. The lanai with its pool and hot tub and comfortable seating for outdoor meals, was the center of our life for our month in paradise. This home even provides food for the birds and what a joy it was to hear the bird songs of at least 20 different species during our stay. Our grandchildren joined the two of us for their Spring Break and they loved Tipsy Turtle as much as we did. The house accommodated our family so well during that week with many spaces for everyone to find their own quiet spot. Having Manasota Beach so nearby, was a delight to everyone. If you choose to stay at Tipsy Turtle, you can look forward to a rare delight.

Mini sister and sister-in-law a niece retreat.
