The place is very well located. Close and very accessible from the train station. About 20 to 25 min walking to the St. Marks Basilica (maybe a little bit far, but not much). Clean and comfortable. It has two bathrooms and 2 ample rooms. Great for 4 people. We were 6 and felt a bit crowded because the sofa bed takes much of the dinning space. But we expected to be a bit crowed, so it was ok. We had a very good time in Venice
