The hotel was centrally located, very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They arranged transportation for us and gave recommendations for dining. Overall it was a very pleasant, efficient operation and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The only negative thing I have to say about the staff is that they scheduled a water taxi for me and the water taxi driver gave my luggage to a guy once we got to train station and the guy wouldn’t give me my luggage until I gave him 50 euros. I was not expecting them to setup a water taxi that would con me. It was a scary experience.

An excellent location, close to St. Mark's Square with direct boat access, yet very quiet, with rooms that insulate from outside noise. A nice terrace and an excellent restaurant. The staff are always willing to help, and the guest relations are fantastic!

Amazing stay in Venice.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. This location is close to everything and walking distance from all of the major sites. Also right on the water, with a great rooftop bar and breakfast. The rooms were updated and nice. The staff was amazing. Some of the best I’ve encountered.
