This house has three bedrooms and two full baths and a screened in lanai. Located 6 miles from downtown Venice. This home has been freshly painted and updated September of 2021.

First bedroom has a king bed and private master bath with updated vanity and tiled shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has twin over full bunk bed and trundle. All rooms have ample closet space. Cute eat in dining area and work from home space located off of the kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer in the home.

The house and location were perfect for our celebration weekend! We were close to my mother’s house and other relatives, so the commute was short to get together with family. We stayed for 4 nights. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. There was a smooth check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Wellen Park. We were in the area to check out Wellen Park for possibly moving to this area.
