Great place. They have done a good job of refurbishing it, very comfortable, good facilities, with pool and patio with tables and chairs, easy to find, plenty of parking. Restaurant next door Salty Dawgs is good too. Great hosts, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Kon Tiki Venice Beach
The management staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean. They are in the midst of renovating the property but overall a great place to stay with pets. The one drawback is the odd location, kind of behind the marina (which isn't a problem) but under the drawbridge so cars going over create a fairly constant noise. Quiets down at night however. Not sure it's the ideal "beach vacation" location, but for short or even longer terms stays for those looking for a place in Vencie a great find!

A real pleasant surprise
This hotel was a real pleasant surprise. it was much nicer than I anticipated. The owners are very pleasant and customer oriented. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Venice. I definitely will be back.
