Perfect stay for Venice

The hotel is in very easy reach of the boat station with a ferry from the airport. Public water taxis are very reliable and regular to Venice island. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and very friendly. A special mention to Matilda a receptionist who helped us with information. Staff were all very friendly. Great place to stay for a long weekend.

Perfect location and stay...

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff on reception were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location opposite the water station. Roof terrace had a stunning view and as a solo traveller I would highly recommend staying here. Only negatives are that there wasn't many plug sockets and only English channel on the tv was bbc news, but who needs a tv when in Venice anyway!

I wouldnt stay here for free. The bed is uncomfortable, the TV didnt work, the air conditioner didnt work. The shower was not good. Save your money and stay in a hotel.

Loved the proximity tothe water taxi. Just across the street. Restaurants and shopping stores are nearby. Breakfast buffet was really good. Good options. The room is clean and the the hotel itself. Great location for a quiet stay outside of Venice with only a 15 minute waterbus away from St Marks Square. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for everyone. The room had a great view of the water and was kept clean on a daily basis. Would stay here again and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great Hotel, I would definitely recommend this again. I had no issues with the staff or the rooms. The breakfast was a bit dry but I didnt mind it. Besides that excellent hotel if you are in San Nicolo.

Nice location with excellent access to the water bus at Lido. 10 minutes from beach. The property is however badly managed. The mattresses are old and creaky, the beds are covered with these awful looking coverings that I am not sure are freshly laundered. Air conditioning in our room was inadequate and the dials to control malfunctioned. The manager in the front, Francesca, was not helpful on basic requests. The other girl at the front desk was the only saving grace at this property. Avoidable.
