The hotel is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The location is great but the room was very old and not maintained properly at all. The WiFi didn’t work and one of the beds had no frame it was just a mattress on the floor. A positive was that the bedding was clean and it was a safe and convenient area

For the hogh proce, the location is perfect, the dtaff quite nice, but still they have only one remite fir all the air conditions in all the rooms… so it‘s either on or off alltime… the air condition was not working properly didn‘t really cool, was super loud and leaked. The shower had like zero water pressure, the room was not like on the photos… the TV couldn’t be turned on, not too impressed.

Hotel is very dated and old it was very dusty and mouldy. The corridors to the room were dusty and some areas leaking water which you could see. The room itself was very dusty, random patches, unfinished alarms and lights, exposed wires! The shower curtains were mouldy and the curtains to the window were also mouldy. Shame, as it’s a superb location it just needs a big revamp and massive clean up.

We checked in and our room was around 90 degrees Fahrenheit. They were sold out and admitted it was not working but didn’t have another room, the front desk gentleman was very friendly, and said we would get full refund and we left and found another hotel in Venice… but the refund never happened. To date, I have not seen a refund for two nights that I never used. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel due to service and you can’t even turn around in the sweltering room.
