The communication for check in was excellent. They even sent a video that showed us exactly how to get out of the Venice airport to the water taxi dock and then where to walk to the check in. The room was super clean and the setup was great! I enjoyed having a kitchen area so I can keep my drinks and food cool. The staff was very welcoming and remembered me from my previous stay.
