Spacious, modern but Venetian-style apartment. Located on the first floor, with 2 separate double bedrooms and large lounge with kitchen, full of services and modern bathroom. Possibility of luggage storage for Check-in and Check-out after hours. Located in the central area and in a well-stocked neighborhood with shops, supermarket, patisseries, bars, restaurants and laundry. The apartment is right in the middle of a field (Campo Bandiera e Moro) at the salizada del Pignater, in front of a restaurant. Quiet but original neighborhood close to the center. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from the Venice Biennale and 5 minutes from the Naval Museum of Venice. Just 2 minutes you can admire the romantic and fascinating Riva degli schiavoni, a walk with a wonderful view especially in the evening, from the gardens to San Marco, the real attraction of the city. Excellent neighborhood as not too crowded but really authentic, original and very characteristic.

the apartment is equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioner. access to the apartment is completely automatic, it is done by depositing the key in an external numerical combination box. Once opened, the key can be removed. this mechanism allows you to arrive and leave the apartment in complete autonomy.

So happy to return to this wonderful apartment!

This was our 4th stay at beautiful Ca’ Castello. For us it is the perfect location as it is surrounded by wonderful local shops, cafes, restaurants, butcher, baker and craft shops. The apartment is very well designed with washing machine, dishwasher and a good sized fridge freezer. The kitchen is a delight to cook in as it is well provided with useful equipment. The owner Roberto is very easy to communicate with and attends to any needs promptly. There are huge wardrobes in the master bedroom. Even the cases can be hidden away. A lovely detail is that every window has anti-mosquito netting roller blinds which are perfect for warm summer nights when you want the windows wide. If it gets really hot, there is very good air conditioning too. Venice is so full of wonders it is worth returning to. This is the perfect apartment for a long or short stay.

Even better than before!

This is a fourth holiday in this apartment, and this year it is even better as mosquito-proof roller-screens have been fitted to all windows. Venice can be very prone to mosquitoes so this is a really welcome addition. The apartment is so perfectly located and very clean with spacious double bedrooms and a lovely kitchen dining sitting room. The kitchen is very well laid out with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and huge fridge freezer. The owner is very kind and communicating with him very easy to do before and during your stay. Venice is a city that repays visiting again. There is SO much to see and enjoy.

Lovely flat, as described. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and there are stores and restaurants that are lovely in the immediate vicinity. It was very nice, and I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful and well designed apartment in a really nice area with ALL the real local shops from butchers, bakers, pharmacy and supermarket to unique GENUINE Venetian arts and crafts in the immediate area! We have returned here again and again as it is just perfect! The owner is very easy to contact and so helpful, the apartment has HUGE wardrobes in the main bedroom, you can even park your cases out of sight. The living dining-room is lovely and you can’t see in the photos but there’s a washing machine AND dishwasher hiding behind those doors! In the recent heatwave we were also very grateful for the air conditioning. Wonderful apartment which I recommend without hesitation.

Great accommodation

A great apartment at a great price and not far from the centre. My daughter and I went in a girls trip and enjoyed our stay in this brilliantly furnished apartment with oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. A fab bathroom and comfy beds. The owner was extremely helpful with info and communication before and throughout our stay. I would recommend to others wanting to stay in Venice.

Perfect location and superb host

Roberto could not have been more helpful. His communication was immediate and he provided excellent instructions on accessing the apartment from the airport. The place was spotlessly clean on our arrival and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom equipped with the necessary things. We would definitely stay there again . Beautiful Apartment

This was a repeat visit for us as we loved the apartment so much. It is beautifully laid out with a fabulous kitchen with washing machine AND dishwasher. The bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom has two huge double wardrobes, room for everything even cases. We had excellent communication with the owner who answered any questions promptly. The location is in a bit of real Venetian Venice, with local baker, butcher, pharmacy and supermarket within a few paces and lovely coffee bars and restaurants all around. Genuine bead and hand craft gift shops are very close by. St Mark's is a 20 min stroll past beautiful buildings and shops. There is so much to see and do all around not just the traditional sites.

Apartment in Castello

A great apartment, very clean and tidy, with everything we needed. It is a short walk to St Marks and only a few minutes from the Arsenale boat stop. We had really good communication from Roberto throughout. We would highly recommend it. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away, all very friendly, we went for the arts festival, which is only ten minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, near the main attractions, and very modern. The owner had very clear instructions on how to get there. He was very helpful and contactable on WhatsApp. There were no charges for checking in late and we were allowed to leave luggage after checkout as well. Overall, an excellent experience.

Nice space for 1-4 people in a perfect location. Nice and quiet but only minutes to everything. Roberto gave perfect directions from the car park lot, to how and where to take the bus from there, to how and where to take the vaporetto. His communication was fast and a huge help. I will stay here every time I visit Venice :)

Spotlessly clean in a great location

We never met our host, Roberto, but he was most accommodating and pleasant. His apartment was spotless, modern, with all new appliances and tasteful decor. The location was perfect -away from the crowds of tourists, but still close to everything. We had come for la Biennale. Wonderful restaurants just metres away from our door.

Perfect Flat in a Genuine Corner of Venice

This flat is perfect and every bit as lovely as the photos show. What you can't see are the two huge double wardrobes in the main bedroom, room for everything and the cases too! You also might not realise that the neat kitchen contains washing machine AND dishwasher behind its doors, it is so well designed and provided with lots of cooking pots and pans. The owner Roberto, is wonderful, speaks excellent english and really is contactable at any time with queries. The Key-Safe system works very well and the use of a separate locked downstairs storeroom for left luggage on the last day is a real boon. This part of Venice has real every-day shops. You are a few steps from excellent bakers, butchers, beauty and kitchenware shops, with a small but excellent supermarket only over the next bridge. Further along in San Antonin and Salizada dei Grechi are fabulous, bead, art and and glass shops run by locals, and the unique Bragora for wonderful locally produced gifts and the amazing ceramicist at Questo Queo. Lots of coffee bars and restaurants in the area too, it really is a perfect place to stay, we so hope to be back again next year.

Roberto answered all our needs and was very helpful...although we never met him in person.

Our apt was near the Arsenalo stop (BY Alilaguna) from the Marco Polo airport and near the San Vaccario Vaporetto (ACTV). So we had easy options to get around Venice. The district of Castello is quaint and our Campo has a church, hotel, pastry shop, pizza, and three restaurants. Yet within 10 minutes we were in San Marco Piazza. Once we figured out the washing machine (in Italian icons), coffee machine (a moka) we started to feel like natives. All in all a beautiful, modern and well situated two bedroom apartment.
