Welcome to Paradise! This beautifully designed split living condo offers 3B/2B in a bright and spacious unit that has constant light. Currently, the entire unit is being updated with new furnishings and bedding. Available 11/1/25, be the first to experience this gorgeous condo. Peaceful and serene, enjoy the beautifully landscaped golf course from your breezy, corner unit lanai. Pools/BBQ grills directly outside the unit. Just 15 minutes tothe areas beautiful beaches. The space
3 very spacious bedrooms with ample closet space located in the desirable Plantation. Both bathrooms have been updated, as well as the kitchen. Freshly painted, clean carpets and updated systems make my property worry free and comfortable. Coming soon... new furniture and bedding! Pictures will be updated as furniture is replaced. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for guests use. Storage unit is in the carport. Full size washer and dryer.

Guests have access to the entire unit and all closets. There are several pools and BBQ grills just
ouside the unit.

Other things to note
Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to bring pets per HOA rules.
