Escape to your perfect tranquil getaway on quaint Venice Island- just a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Venice Beach and only a 15 minute walk to the quaint Historic Downtown Venice with charming shops and unique dining options. Everything you need is all within walking distance!

This light and airy 1 bedroom/ 2 bath was recently purchased and freshly renovated. It is is fully furnished and ready for you to make yourself at home. Featuring a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances; new LVP flooring throughout and updated bathroom vanities; and central air/heating and mini splits. The bedroom has two queen beds and a full ensuite bathroom. The beautiful balcony stretches across the entire width of the building and is accessible from both the bedroom and living room- offering a beautiful spot to relax, watch the sunset, and take in the sounds of the ocean.

We have everything you need for a relaxing vacation- fully stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, towels, umbrellas, and even shark tooth sifters for your day at the beach. There is a laundry closet with a shared washer/dryer and for those with children- we have a crib, pack and play, and highchair for your use upon request. You also get hassle-free off-street parking for one car on the property.

Come relax and unwind in our beautiful beach town. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach, dolphin watching, shelling, and shark tooth hunting, then rinse off in the outdoor shower, and explore the shops in our Historic Downtown. Community tennis and basketball courts near downtown as well as a marina nearby for boat rentals and more. Multiple public golf courses are just a short drive away. Venice Island is a vibrant and friendly community and is sure to become one of your favorite places to visit.

If you’re looking for a stay at Venice Beach, this is the spot. The condo is great! You’re a short walk from the beach. They supply everything for the beach which was super beneficial for us since we flew down, we didn’t have to board a plane with sand toys, a wagon, etc. The location to downtown is also wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!
