8 km from the sea, in the countryside, the cottage is located in a dedicated part of the owners' restored old house; it has a separate entrance, terrace, grounds, garden furniture, and parking. On the ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining area, and relaxation area, separate toilet. Upstairs: two attic bedrooms with air conditioning (one queen-size bed with two box springs and a queen-size mattress, and two 90x1.90m beds), shower room/toilet. Underfloor heating on the ground floor (geothermal heat pump) and electric heating upstairs. Air conditioning upstairs is available upon request (subject to usage). Tourist tax is not included. Bed linen rental for single and double beds and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost. Kitchen linens are provided. Lockable bicycle storage is available. Please inform the owner of your expected arrival time (approximately). Reinforced socket for slow-speed car charging available, with a flat rate per charge per day.
