On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, American kitchen with island, entrance hall, 1 toilet with direct access to the pool area. On the upper floor, we find 3 bedrooms; (one of them en suite in the main bedroom with glazed terrace and spacious walk-in wardrobe) and 1 bathroom with shower; on the top floor we also have a spacious terrace with views of the barbecue area.
