The apartment is oriented to the southeast, offers quality facilities and a high level of finishing. Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment. Kitchen with high-end appliance even with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery. The apartment has sheets and towels.

The large terrace of about 70 square meters is undoubtedly the protagonist of this house, where you can enjoy long and wonderful moments. The enclosure has a pool. It does not have parking.
