Small, rustic timber house "Reserl", from the 19th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Private: terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 200 m, skisport facilities 12 km. Nearby attractions: Minimundus Klagefurt 27 km, Aussichtsturm Pyramidenkogel 20 km, Affenberg Burg Landskron 18 km, Casino Velden 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wörthersee 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood. Railway line 350 m from the property. The former granary stands in an orchard. Access is via 4 steps and the terrace. A horse and 3 Carinthian spectacled sheep are kept.

Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bedroom is reached via a steep wooden staircase, which is secured in the room with a grated door.

Rustikales Chalet bei dem alles passt: Alpentypisch und einfach eingerichtet mit vielen kleine Details. Traumhaften Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse auf die Karawanken und die Alpen. Einfach herrlich! Mit Wald gleich um die Ecke - perfekt mit Hund. Die unterschiedlichen Seen und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 10-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Ort fußläufig zwei Restaurants oder weitere innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Die romantische Hütte liegt in einem schönen alten Obstgarten. Die Bahn stört etwas. Die Hütte ist gut ausgestattet. Das schmale Bett hat eine unbequeme Matratze. Der geräumige Balkon bietet schöne Entspannung und Blick auf Pferd und Schafe.

Wunderschön und liebevoll restauriertes und ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen. Sehr gemütlich, rustikale Stube mit vielen liebevollen Details geschmückt. Badezimmer großzügig. Technisch trotzdem auf neuestem Stand, gutes WLAN. Für ein Pärchen (mit Hund) zum Ausspannen perfekt geeignet. Mit dem Auto viele Ausflugsziele leicht erreichbar, der Wald vor der Haustür. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Heerlijk romantisch authentiek huisje. Ligging aan eind van doodlopende weg, weliswaar bij mensen op hun terrein maar volledig vrije ligging. Mooie locatie en fraai uitzicht. Voldoende zon en schaduw plekken in de tuin om te relaxen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren.

Wunderschönes Plätzchen zum Krafttanken

Die Buchung war problemlos, es war möglich eine kurzfristige Änderung des Anreisetages vorzunehmen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen! Das Chalet ist klein, aber man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Terrasse lädt zu einem Sonnenbad ein! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Lage, um die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Eine Unterkunft zum Weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein wunderhübsches Häuschen. Man kann hier gut entspannen und die rundherum schöne Natur genießen. Die Wohnräume sind sehr nett eingerichtet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Alles funktionierte perfekt.
