Our house is located near the center of Velden Castle (location of the popular TV series "A Castle on Lake Wörthersee"), in a large, well-tended garden with a table, garden chairs and parasol - no balcony.

You can reach the lakeshore in just a few steps. The nearest lido, which is included in the room price, can be reached in five minutes on foot.

The apartment "Galerie" (56m²) on the 2nd Floor of the house offers you a beautiful view of the lake.

Furnishing:
Anteroom, bedroom with 2 beds, large bathroom, kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Pull-out sofa bed (140x190), satellite TV with German-language channels (ORF, ARD, ZDF, RTL, etc.), radio, CD player. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, filter machine, tea maker.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit. Hatten eine sehr heiße Woche bis zu 35 Grad und waren in der Dachwohnung untergebracht. Durch bestimmte Maßnahmen konnten man aber trotzdem Nachts gut schlafen. Gastgeber hatte uns für 3 Nächte sogar das kühlere Appartement im 1Stock angeboten.Großer Vorteil der Appartements ist die Lage, muß aber bis ca.23 Uhr einen gewissen Geräuschpegel in Kauf nehmen. Würde aber wieder dort buchen!

Sehr gern wieder.......

Die Lage der Fewo ist ideal und kann unserer Ansicht nach nicht getoppt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Da die Dachgeschosswohnung über keinen Balkon verfügt, stehen im großen Garten Sitzmöbel zur Verfügung. Die Fahrzeuge können sicher auf dem Grundstück, teilweise unter einem Carport abgestellt werden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter.

Urlaub am Wörtersee

Zentrumsnah mit Blick auf den See. Sehr gute Anbindung. Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem,alles da was man braucht. Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, immer ein herzliches Wort. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Sehr gut gelegenes Haus mit Sicht auf den Wörthersee

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus,es ist alles in der Wohnung was man braucht und der Blick vom Zimmer zum Wörthersee ist sehr schön, ist nur wenige Gehminuten dorthin sowie zur Einkaufspassage. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und immer für einen einen guten Tip Auskunftsbereitschaft, Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück auch vorhanden. Also ich kann dieses Objekt sehr gerne weiterempfehlen 👍👍👍👍

Urlaub in Velden/Wörthersee

Bei Familie Kiko hatten mein Vater und ich einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Sie waren sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir waren als Gäste sehr lieb aufgenommen wurden. Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Seepromenade Nähe dem Schloss Hotel aus der Serie. Also Lokale und Getümmel nicht weit weg... Von hier aus sehr zentrale Lage den Wörthersee zu erkunden. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir hatten die Dachgeschoss Wohnung....sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten"leider" zu warmes Wetter....da war es sehr heiß ganz oben. Aber das kann man oder auch nicht als Nachteil jetzt ansehen 🙃. Auf ein Wiedersehen.
