Unwind in Playa Lagartillo at this lovely property. Walk down to the beach for morning coffee, or sunset, or both, the beach is so close. It is situated right in between Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas. This terrific house features 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed. You'll also find a cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, AC, TV and WiFi during your stay. The community has 9 homes total on the property, and a beautiful new swimming pool in the middle with a rancho to hang out at. The paths in between homes are lined with plants and meander through the property. There are two BBQ's, and a small foot bring that goes over the creek on the path down to the beach.
